I have evidence that this Muslim married me only to obtain papers. He has abandoned the marriage after staying the required number of years as required by law.

I'd like to know as well. I think my husband is also married to me only for papers and we still have a year for the conditional resident card becomes permanet. I want to know what can i do, if he leaves right after the end date.

Well, if he still a conditional Permanent Resident, so you don't have to file the Removing Condition for him, so he will not get his Permanent Green Card, and lost his conditional green card.
