Can someone explain the requirements for an L1 Intracompany Work Visa. My situation is our parent company in Japan has bought a 51% interest in a US based company and I will be required to travel bi-weekly to this office. I currently reside in Canada and am not sure if this is the work visa I should apply for? I notice there is also a TN Nafta visa or B1 which may be more applicable?
