My mother was deported 2 years ago for overstaying her tourist visit. Now that I am a green card holder, I would like to apply for her as well. She has a 10 ban to enter the US. What are the chances of having her waive the 10 yr rule, and applying for her green card later on? Any advice on forms to use will be greatly appreciated. I have done my own research and looks like I need to fil I-212 if approved then proceed with I30. Am I right? What are my chances, if any to be successful?
