Anyone know if its possible to get a change of status from a business E2 status to a permanent residence.
We have been in business now for 10 years in the US.
Now we are getting older we do not want to be bothered with the renewal process every 5 years plus the renewal of the I-94 every 2 years meaning we have to go out of the country to renew.
