Regarding form I-485, what are crimes of moral turpitude? I have seen conflicting information about passing bad checks. I am in the process of applying for an employment based green card, but one of my dependents has passed several bad checks in the past. She also has had problems with her bank account repeatedly going into overdraft, and has had two bank accounts closed because of that. Is this going to be a problem when completing form I-485? She hasn't passed a bad check or had a bank account closed on her for about 2 years now. Should we be worried?
