Their is RFE secomnd time on my case for H1b
and my employer has send me the list of doc's mentioned below
I am just trying to find out are these very basic in nature

Well i need help to find out do i have any hope left or all is lost for such a case

Payroll Summary for 2005 (January through June is missing)
Employment status chart (please see attachment). Provide a chart for all previously approved H-1B and L-1 employees.
Employment contract between Kakkar and Sansam
Contract and work order for Kakkar
Original computer printouts from the IRS, date stamped by IRS, of tax returns filed with IRS for the years 2005 and 2006
Company's line-and-block organizational chart showing the company's hierarchy and staffing levels. List all division of company. Show the names and job titles for those persons listed in the chart. Indicate who will direct the beneficiary, by name and job title.
Notarized copy of office lease.
Floor plan of the company's office. Show square footage of the work area and work stations for employees
Photographs of the interior and exterior of the company, including company logo, equipment, facility, products and employees clearly visible.
Business insurance policy.
Original letters from public or private professional, business, and trade organizations stating individual or corporate membership. Provide details as to the type of organizations, purpose, membership requirements, and benefit to your company
Business bank account statements for the past 12 months and current letters from all banks listing when the account was opened, current status and average balance. Provide a list of names for all persons authorized to access all accounts and their affiliation to the company
Original letter from the company's building owner or management company, on their letterhead, verifying your company's occupancy.
Explain what type of building the client office is in; office suite, warehouse, etc.
Certified copy of city and county-zoning documents to verify the client's address is zoned for commercial enterprises.
Copies of local, national, or international newspaper, magazine, or trade publications showing advertisements or articles for or about your company and its products. Specify the date, publication name, and circulation
Beneficiary's pay stubs for March.
