I am not saying this is every woman, however this does happen. I understand and care for women who are truely battered, I actually helped a woman start her life fresh while her husband abused her I gave her my home and helped her get back on her feet. However this was my tragedy.

What more can I do? As a citizen I want to make everyone aware of my tragedy and hope that other countries don't take us for granted.
This is just a portion of my life - I have huge file filled with all the evidence. And the mind games this woman played on me.
I have been living in this country for 18 years (Citizen, engineer and musician), never had any problems until I married a woman from India only to find out she falsely tried to charge for domestic violence, my case was dismissed, she reopened, I was found “NOT GUILTY”. She did all this to gain permanent residency. because of the VAWA law, she wanted to remove her conditional greencard.

In many countries there are people that teach women how to misuse the system to gain residency this is what I have learned in talking to people... Her family and her have been involved with this.

I also came to know she was previously married in India did not declare to me or immigration. In addition she had 17 allegations on her ex husband as well. Here is another thing I got to know that she is heavily involved with a man named her former boss who was arrested for money laundering or something. I don't know much details, but she converses with him and meets him somewhere in the US. What can I do? I have informed Immigration of all my documents but they are telling me it’s up to the judge -

This woman goes around telling everyone and others how to misuse the system because "American’s are stupid they fall for a few tears and give you what you want". These are her words to others. She falsified documents to gain admission into a university. She lied to immigration claiming she was never married.

Please help me, my family and I suffered a lot. I support elderly parents, who she use threaten to kick them out in the middle of winter no coat, my family never wanted to tell anyone. We lived our lives in fear for 9 months until she left and used all the free services provided to true battered women. Instead this woman abused us but we couldn't do anything. She threatened us; if we call the police she will hurt herself and tell the police we hurt her.

I even contacted a few people from this website, how much these people suffered, I am going through the same, they tried to let people know it’s not us its people from other countries.

Please help me I really want this woman to realize America is not stupid you can't get away with anything. She laughs as she tells other women how America is so blind!

Why can't people see? This woman use to come to court alone spoke fluent English, then all of the sudden; she said she doesn't speak English. Look at the lies. She speaks fine. Even if you call her, she'll talk to you.

She has some businesses she tried to open under my name I have no knowledge of. I have no idea. Like I said I have all the evidence of her lies. It’s just a matter of someone understanding and actually taking some action.
I am pleading for some assistance please. Immigration in Chicago is not answering me; instead they are saying it’s up to the judge. She is waiving her rights under the VAWA law because we as America gave her the right! However, Domestic violence is a serious matter, which I never committed but her lies got the police alerted. What am I to do? She has also waived her rights to pay any fees, claiming she’s indigent however look at these bank statements she left behind, she has more money in these accounts then I ever did living here for 18 years. It’s also unusual there are some activities happening on these accounts while she’s here. Where is this money coming from? Yet she tells everyone she’s “INDIGENT!”

The real abuse was on me and my elderly parents. I ask again please help me deport this woman. And let my story be broadcasted for others to know that it’s not easy to fool America.

Once a fraud always a fraud. I really thought I married a good woman, but little did I know she had a hidden agenda.

I filed for annulment on the basis of marriage fraud, the judge said can't be done, she threatened if i win, then she'll appeal... I can't win with this woman, she took my mothers belongings (expensive) will not return, she is psycho... I filed standards divorce she is prolonging it due to her status? I want this woman out of my life and hopefully out of this country, we live our lives in fear, because she will do anything and everythign to anyone.


Does anyone know if in these situations do they deport a person?
