My I-140 got denied even though I have a three year universtiy degree (bachelor). How do I respond do a denial. Can anybody give me any advice?

Jorjega, the reason for your denial is probably because you or your company did not include enough evidence about your job. What was this for btw? H1B or J visa? If you submitted the form or the company lawyer, then it should be a pretty straight process to deal with a denial. Write them back within the timeframe and include more documents - to support your case. If that is not enough, I would believe something is wrong with the whole application.
