A friend of mine overstayed his I-94 last year by about 5 months this was partly to do with stupidity and the fact he fell in love with some one who used him as a stepping stone to get a job in England. I am getting married this summer and would like to get your advice on something. Will he be able to enter the US as a tourist to be at my wedding. I dont think he'll be able to use the I 94 again. I read that here is a grace period after your 3 month visa expires of 180 days, is thius true? Also is the H-2 visa the best route to go down, thanks in advance for any info you could supply
