i am a canadian citizen in the USA on an E2 Visa-Entrepreneur through business "A". i have a purchse agreement and intial transfer done for business "B". my questions are:-

1. can you confirm that i need to use form I-129 to get business "B" endorsed to my passport.

2. if i were to sell business "A" after i file I-129 but BEFORE it is approved can i remain in the USA without getting out of status? or would i have to go back to Canada?

any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
