hello everyone,
2 years ago i filed an i-130 for my wife, and recently i became a U S citizen.
as of now there processing application filed by citizens as of JULY 2007, and my application was filled back in 2006! and still mine is still pending.
is this normal or is it more reason for me to sue USCIS through a writ of mandamus?
however i took the opportunity to fill for a K-3 visa in order for my wife to come to the U S and wait for the remaining process. but that takes about 7 months and we're tired of waiting and living far from each other.
so we will be so grateful if anybody have been through the same situation, and could provide us with some information.
