I need advice urgently...I have applied I130 for my husband on LPR basis on february 2008. in JUne 2008 i got my citizen ship. and then i have update my I130 status from LPR to citizenship base.
how much time it will take to get approved ??

USUALLY IT MIGHT TAKE 6 TO 9 MONTHS FOR US CITIZENS. AS WE WATCH THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER PROCESSING TIME RIGHT NOW, I THINK IT MIGHT TAKE ANOTHER 12 MONTHS OR SO.
