I forgot to send my I-129f package. I only sent I-129f and $455 check in January 09. Since then i have been working on the package and it is ready to go. When they get to my application, will they denied it or will request for further evidence? thanks alot

Have been dealing with immigration for 3 years now. They will notify you that it is incomplete and will either ask to have it all re-submitted or just the missing items. Best advise be ready redo the package so it is ready to go if need be. Best of luck to you its a long process. I have a I-601 wavier we are waiting on. Stay strong.
