I want to get a visitor visa to US for my husband who is a landed immigrant from Dominican Republic and am not sure how to go about it...what form(s) we need etc. Please help. thanks

I think you need to get a USA VISITOR VISA. It is called B-2 visa. You must apply for that visa in your home country at the USA embassy. You cannot get any visa in the U.S.
