My husband has a visitors visa for the US and was recently there from october 24 2009 until February 21 2010. (4 months) He has a 10 year multiple entry visa and has never overstayed his visit. So if he wanted to return in late may, which would be 3 months later would there be a problem at poe? he will only be there for a month and will be rerurning again to visit his grandmother.
*NOTE - he is from the Dominican Republic
